HIGH COURT OF JUSTICE: Parma presents appeal for the 2014-2015 UEFA license
The High Court of Sport Justice has received an appeal by Parma Football Club, according to art. 21 of its code, against the decision by FIGC - second degree UEFA license Commission - communicated to the plaintiff on the 19th of May, that has confirmed the refusal of the UEFA license for the 2014-2015 sport season, already sanctioned by the first degree Commission.
Parma asks the High Court to declare unfounded the rejection of 2014-2015 UEFA license by the FIGC and, for this reason, to formulate any other provision that can be useful for the participation of the society to the "2014-2015 Europa League" competition.
