The High Court of Sports Justice has received a complaint from Pamela Meier against the FISE (Italian Federation of Equestrian Sports), the Emilia Romagna Regional Committee FISE and against CONI and the CONI Emilia Romagna Regional Committee for the annulment of the decision of the FISE Extraordinary Commissioner, Gianfranco Ravà, by which the dissolution of Emilia Romagna Regional Committee of the FISE was arranged and the appointment of Pietro Quargnali as Extraordinary Commissioner of the same Regional Committee.​
