The First Chamber of the National Antidoping Court has issued that the athlete Abdellah Haidane (FIDAL) has been suspended for 4 months (in compliance with Articles 2.1 and 4.4 of the NSA and 10.4 of the WADA Code) with effect from 23/02/2014 to 22/06/2014. The athlete was also ordered to pay the costs of the proceedings quantified at a flat rate of Euro 325.00.
