The Italian National Olympic Committee, in the person of the Secretary-General, takes note of the request for dismissal made ​​by the Public Prosecutor of Rome in the proceedings following the complaint lodged against the Italian Swimming Federation, confirming the accuracy of the procedure followed as a necessary act in the exercise of its role of overseeing the Sports Federations.​
