The Antidoping Prosecutor's Office has referred the former cyclist Paolo Savoldelli for violation of articles n. 2.2 and 3.2 of the applicable sport antidoping regulations to the Second Section of the National Antidoping Court. The request of suspension, as a non-member subject, is 2 years and 8 months.
Such action has been disposed following the request for a disciplinary measure against him by the International Cyclist Union (UCI).
