The High Court of Sports Justice was established by the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI), with complete autonomy and independence, in accordance with Articles 12 and 12 bis of the Statute and carries out its advisory and adjudicating duties in accordance with that provided for in the Code of High Court of Sports Justice.
